Pitlochry & Blair Atholl Pipe Band finished its competition season on a high on Saturday 8 September at Pitlochry Games.

Led by Drum Major Joe Goodfellow the band won the street parade competition for marching and smartness and a cheque for £500.

Pipe Major Christy Kelly was also more than a little delighted with the results on the field, winning 1st place in Grade 3 and 2nd place in Grade 2. This was a tremendous end to the season, and especially on home ground.
